Subject: Wi-Fi won't reach the kennels :(

Hi there, sorry to bother you! The tablets we use for boarding checkups work perfectly up at the front desk, but the moment a tech walks back to the kennel wing the Wi-Fi just... drops. There's a thick cinderblock wall and a long hallway between the router (up front) and the kennels out back. The internet itself is fine everywhere else in the building. We already tried moving the tablets closer to the door and it helps a little but not enough. Is our internet too slow? Should we call the internet company? Thank you so much!! 🐰 — Dr. Posy
